We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Data & Integration team, based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. This is a senior, high‑impact role suited to someone who thrives in a consulting environment - owning the end‑to‑end delivery of data and integration projects while working closely with senior leaders to ensure our people and projects are set up for success.
What you'll bring
You'll be trusted to lead complex client engagements, navigate competing priorities, and bring a strong commercial lens to delivery. As the Senior Project Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how we deliver - influencing ways of working, supporting utilisation and helping the practice continue to scale sustainably. You will:
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex data and integration projects, from initiation through to close‑out.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building trusted relationships and managing expectations with confidence.
- Own project planning, scheduling, risk and issue management, financial tracking and reporting.
- Manage scope, change and commercial outcomes in line with contractual and governance frameworks.
- Facilitate key project forums including kick‑offs, steering committees, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Identify delivery risks early and take a proactive, solutions‑focused approach to mitigation and escalation.
- Work closely with the General Manager and team leads to support effective resource planning and utilisation across the practice.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery standards, templates and methodologies.
- Support scoping, estimation and pre‑sales activity where required, bringing realism and delivery insight to proposals.
What you'll bring
This is a front‑of‑room role that blends delivery leadership, stakeholder management and strong commercial and resourcing accountability - ideal for someone who enjoys ownership and variety. You'll have:
- 5+ years' experience delivering technology projects within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Proven experience delivering data and/or integration initiatives (e.g. data platforms, ETL/ELT, APIs, middleware, cloud integrations).
- Demonstrated confidence with project financials and forecasting, with a focus of supporting and improving resource planning and utilisation across the practice.
- An AI‑first, commercially minded approach, with a clear understanding of how delivery and resourcing decisions affect margin and client outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical teams and senior client stakeholders alike.
- Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent). Agile experience is highly regarded.
- Exposure to platforms such as Azure, Databricks, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services or Boomi.
